LEGAL REQUIRMENTS FOR TOBAGO

•	MINIMUM RESIDENCY 8 WORKING DAYS. Couples can marry within 3 working days but have to purchase a special licence locally.
•	Parental Consent if under 18 years old.
•	Proof of residence an return airline tickets
•	Both passengers should have at least 6 months validity on each passport.
•	Birth Certificates
•	Decree Absolute if either of party is divorced. Court stamp is required.
•	Change of name by Deed Poll, proof is required, including Solicitor signature and stamp.
•	Adoption Certificates if applicable
•	Death Certificates if any of the party is a Widow/Widower
•	Wedding form completed... Stating names, Address, occupations and place of employment for both parties.
