EGAL REQUIRMENTS FOR MALAYSIA

•	MINIMUM RESIDENCY 4 WORKING DAYS
•	Both passengers should have at least 6 months validity on each passport + Birth Certificate
•	11 Passport sized photographs of each of you taken individually
•	Decree Absolute if either of party is divorced. Court stamp is required. If the bride has been divorced for less than 10 months at the time of the wedding, a medical certificate is required.
•	Change of name by Deed Poll, proof is required, including Solicitor signature and stamp.
•	Adoption Certificates if applicable
•	Death Certificates if any of the party is a Widow/Widower
•	Parental Consent if under ? 1 years old.
•	Wedding form completed... Stating names, Address, occupations and place of employment for both parties.
