LEGAL REQUIRMENTS FOR THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

•	TO MARRY IN THE GRENADINES YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR A LICENCE IN ST VINCENT AND PAY FOR FLIGHTS TO/FROM, AND THE MARRIAGE CELEBRANT.
•	MINIMUM RESIDENCY 3 WORKING DAYS
•	Both passengers should have at least 6 months validity on each passport.
•	Birth Certificates
•	Decree Absolute if either of party is divorced. Court stamp is required.
•	Change of name by Deed Poll, proof is required, including Solicitor signature and stamp.
•	Adoption Certificates if applicable
•	Death Certificates if any of the party is a Widow/Widower
•	Parental Consent if under 21 years old.
•	Wedding form completed... Stating names, Address, occupations and place of employment for both parties.
