LEGAL REQUIRMENTS FOR BALI WEDDING

BOTH PARTIES MUST BELONG TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING RELIGIONS: PROTESTANT, CATHOLIC, MUSLIM, HINDU OR BUDDHIST AND BOTH MUST BE OF THE SAME RELIGION. TO MARRY IN BALI, THE COUPLE MUST VISIT THE BRITISH CONSULATE IN DENPASAR. AN AFFIDAVIT WILL BE ISSUED, AND SHOULD BE CARRIED WITH ALL OTHER DOCUNIENTS. A CHARGE WILL BE PAYABLE LOCALLY.
•	MINIMUM RESIDENCY 7 WORKING DAYS
•	Both passengers should have at least 6 months validity on each passport.
•	Birth Certificate
•	Decree Absolute if either of party is divorced. Court stamp is required.
•	Change of name by Deed Poll, proof is required, including Solicitor signature and stamp.
•	Adoption Certificates if applicable
	Death Certificates if any of the party is a Widow/Widower
•	Parental Consent i f under 21 years old.
•	Wedding form completed... Stating names, Address, occupations and place of employment for both parties.
