LEGAL REQUIRMENTS FOR AUSTRALIA WEDDING

•	MINIMUM RESIDENCY 3 WORKING DAYS
•	Visa is required by all British passport holders
•	Both passengers should have at Least 6 months vaiiditv on each passport.
•	Certificate of intent to marry is required, this can be obtained from the Australian Embassv
•	Birth Certificate
•	Decree Absolute if either of party is divorced. Court stamp is required.
•	Change of name by Deed Poll. prooi is required, including Solicitor sigriature and stamp.
•	Adoption Certificates if applicable.
•	Death Certificates if any of the party is a Widow,/Widower.
•	Parental Consent if under 18 years old.
•	Wedding form completed... Stating names, Address, occupations and place of employment for both parties.
